Due to COVID-19, Project Homeless Connect (PHC) has been postponed at this time. It is Housing First, Inc.’s hope that this important community event, held annually to provide much needed services and support to the homeless, may be rescheduled for later in the spring of 2021. We want to thank our community partners and volunteer supporters of PHC, and ask you to please keep our area homeless in your prayers. A new event date will be announced once it is established. Again, thank you and have a blessed Holiday Season.

Supportive Services for Veterans and Families
Supportive Services for Veterans and Families is a program set aside exclusively for veterans and their families. Services are provided for veterans who are facing homelessness or are at imminent risk of losing housing. Upon entering the program, clients receive extensive case management to promote housing stabilization and prevent future episodes of homelessness or becoming at-risk again.
Community Housing Program
The Community Housing Program provides Permanent Supportive Housing to individuals and families in Mobile and Baldwin counties who are experiencing homelessness and who have a disabling condition. This program assists participants in transitioning from homelessness to being housed, encourages clients to become self-sufficient, and gives them the tools to live as independently as possible.
It is the mission of Housing First, Inc. to secure resources and assets, which lead to community planning to end homelessness through advocacy and community collaboration. It is our vision that every man, woman, and child will have the opportunity to have suitable, safe, and adequate housing.
