The Homeless Coalition of the Alabama Gulf Coast (CoC) is pleased to announce the release of HUD’s FY2025 CoC Program Notice of Funding Opportunity Competition. The CoC is requesting project proposals for CoC program funding.
The Request for Proposals is attached for your immediate reference. The deadline for all project proposals is Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at 4:00 pm. Also attached is the CoC NOFO Competition Schedule and the FY2025 CoC Notice of Funding Opportunity publication.
FY2025 CoC NOFO resources and competition documents will be available on the CoC’s website and updated as new information becomes available from HUD at (http://al501coc.org/ Resources/ HUD 2025 Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO). Currently, HUD has only published the NOFO.
